Now hiring: Sales & Loan Associate — all locations (urgent need at Harrisonburg & Waynesboro)

You’ll help customers buy, sell, pawn and pick up — writing loans, evaluating items with our appraisal tools, keeping the showroom sharp, and building the kind of regulars who ask for you by name. Full-time and part-time available.

Pay: $16.50–$21.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus program tied to store performance.

What we look for: honest people who like people. Retail, sales or customer-service experience helps, but attitude beats résumé here — we’ll teach you the pawn business. You’ll need to be 21 or older, able to work Saturdays, able to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation), and able to pass the background screening required to work in a licensed pawn business.
