130-Day Warranty on Everything We Sell
Every item purchased from Valley Pawn — in store or through our website — is backed by our 30-day warranty. If an item stops working or doesn’t perform as described within 30 days of purchase, bring it back with your receipt or order confirmation and we’ll make it right with a repair, exchange, or refund.
2Online Orders — Store Pickup
Online purchases are picked up at the Valley Pawn store where the item is located. When you pick up your order, take a minute to look it over at the counter.
3Unclaimed Orders
Please pick up your order within 14 days. If an order isn’t picked up within 14 days and we haven’t heard from you, we’ll refund your payment in full and return the item to the sales floor. Need more time? Just call or text the store — we’re happy to work with you.
4How to Use Your Warranty
Bring the item and your receipt or order confirmation to the store where you picked it up — any Valley Pawn location can help get the process started. Refunds for online orders go back to the original payment method.
